1. The service

CedarOS is dental clinic software that works in the browser: appointments, patient files, dental chart, payments and finance, and reminders.

2. Free trial and subscription

Every clinic starts with a free trial for the period shown at sign-up. After that you subscribe monthly or yearly at the listed prices, paying with Whish. If the subscription ends, sign-in stops for a while, your data is not deleted, and it comes back as soon as you renew.

3. Patient data

• Your clinic's data belongs to your clinic. We never sell or share it.
• It is kept on Cloudflare servers, every clinic's data is separate, and passwords are encrypted.
• You can download a full backup at any time from Settings.
• The doctor is responsible for patients' consent to keep their details and to receive reminders.

4. Emails

Reminders and confirmations go out in your clinic's name from the CedarOS mailbox, and replies reach your clinic's email. We use your email only for your account (codes, subscription, receipts).

5. Acceptable use

Do not use CedarOS for spam or anything illegal. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Liability

We work to keep the service available and safe, but the software is a helper and does not replace the doctor's professional judgement. We recommend downloading a backup regularly.
